Defines the properties of a review participant who is a reviewer.

If the value is true, the reviewer is optional. If the value is false, the reviewer is mandatory. A review stage is marked complete if all mandatory participants have completed their tasks when the stage duration expires. If there are mandatory participants who have not completed their tasks when the stage duration expires, the stage is marked expired.

The default value is false.
