XML data

two things- 1. the XML example mentions <INFO> tags; but XML is case-sensitive, so shouldn't the selector be INFO rather than info?

2. it's not good that the ² character is encoded as ² here - with the right editor settings, this won't work (i.e., if the editor saves as UTF-8, or any other non-latin1/windows-1252 encoding)
