Non-standard
This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.
Opens a chat window, anchored to the bottom of the browser window. Each chat window is typically a one-on-one chat, but this functionality may vary depending on the provider.

MozSocial.openChatWindow(toUrl, callback);
Parameters
toUrl- The URL to which to open the chat connection.
callback- An object to receive callback notifications on the connection. The callback receives as an input a reference to the chat window. See Implementing chat functionality for details.
