Image Element constructor

Accepts two optional parameters: Image([unsigned long width, unsigned long height])

Returns an HTMLImageElement instance just as document.createElement('img') would.

Example:

var myImage = new Image(100, 200);
myImage.src = 'picture.jpg';
console.log(myImage);
Result:
<img width="100" height="200" src="picture.jpg">
