Object.getNotifier()

Obsolete
This feature is obsolete. Although it may still work in some browsers, its use is discouraged since it could be removed at any time. Try to avoid using it.

The Object.getNotifer() method was used to create an object that allows to synthetically trigger a change, but has been deprecated and removed in browsers.

Syntax

Object.getNotifier(obj)

Parameters

obj
The object to retrieve the notifier of.

Description

The notifier is used to trigger synthetic changes that will be observed by Object.observe().
