System.Globalization.NumberFormatInfo.NumberGroupSeparator Property

Gets or sets the string that separates groups of digits to the left of the decimal in numeric values.

A string containing the group separator.

Remarks

The NumberFormatInfo.NumberGroupSeparator property is used with the "N" standard format string to define the symbol that separates groups of integers. For more information, see Standard Numeric Format Strings.

The initial value of this property is derived from the settings in the Region and Language item in Control Panel.
