Returns

The zero-based index of the first occurrence of value within the System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeNodeCollection, if found; otherwise, -1.

Remarks

Use the TreeNodeCollection.IndexOf(TreeNode) method to determine the zero-based index of the specified System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeNode object in the System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeNodeCollection object. If the node is not in the collection, the method returns -1.

Note:

If the specified node appears multiple times in the collection, the index of the first occurrence is returned.
