Adds the specified HttpApplication.ResolveRequestCache event handler to the collection of asynchronous HttpApplication.ResolveRequestCache event handlers for the current request.

Parameters

bh
The System.Web.BeginEventHandler that starts asynchronous processing of the HttpApplication.ResolveRequestCache.
eh
The System.Web.EndEventHandler that ends asynchronous processing of the HttpApplication.ResolveRequestCache.
