Style for DialogFragment.SetStyle(DialogFragmentStyle, System.Int32): don't draw any frame at all; the view hierarchy returned by Fragment.OnCreateView(Android.Views.LayoutInflater, Android.Views.ViewGroup, Android.Views.ViewGroup) is entirely responsible for drawing the dialog.
