Gets or sets the alternate text for the pop-out image used to indicate that a static menu item has a submenu.

Remarks
When a static menu item contains a submenu, an image can be displayed to indicate that the user can expand the menu. Use the Menu.StaticPopOutImageTextFormatString property to specify the alternate text for this image.
There are two ways to display the image:
Set the Menu.StaticEnableDefaultPopOutImage property to true to use the built-in image (default).
Set the Menu.StaticPopOutImageUrl property to specify a custom image.
Note:
This property applies to both the built-in image and the custom image.
