The PasswordRecovery.QuestionInstructionText property is displayed in Question view to instruct the user to answer the password recovery confirmation question.
The style settings in the PasswordRecovery.InstructionTextStyle property define the appearance of the PasswordRecovery.QuestionInstructionText property.
When you use the PasswordRecovery.QuestionTemplate property to define the appearance of the Question view, the PasswordRecovery.QuestionInstructionText property has no effect.
The default text for the property is localized based on the server's locale setting.
