Remarks
This converter can only convert a TimeSpan object to and from a string.

Note:
You should never create an instance of a System.ComponentModel.TimeSpanConverter. Instead, call the TypeDescriptor.GetConverter(object) method of the System.ComponentModel.TypeDescriptor class. For more information, see the examples in the System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter base class.
