System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeView.OnTreeNodeCollapsed Method

Raises the TreeView.TreeNodeCollapsed event of the System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeView control.

Syntax

protected virtual void OnTreeNodeCollapsed (TreeNodeEventArgs e)

Parameters

e
A System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeNodeEventArgs that contains event data.

Remarks

The TreeView.TreeNodeCollapsed event is raised when a node is collapsed in the System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeView control. This allows you to provide an event-handling method that performs a custom routine whenever this event occurs.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Consuming Events.

The TreeView.OnTreeNodeCollapsed(TreeNodeEventArgs) method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
