Draws a scroll arrow with visual styles.

Parameters

The System.Drawing.Graphics used to draw the scroll arrow.
bounds

state
One of the System.Windows.Forms.VisualStyles.ScrollBarArrowButtonState values that specifies the visual state of the scroll arrow.
