System.Web.UI.WebControls.DetailsView.RaisePostBackEvent Method

Raises the appropriate events for the System.Web.UI.WebControls.DetailsView control when it posts back to the server.

Parameters

eventArgument
The event argument from which to create a System.Web.UI.WebControls.CommandEventArgs for the event or events that are raised.

Remarks

The page calls the DetailsView.RaisePostBackEvent(string) method when a postback event occurs that raises the appropriate events for a System.Web.UI.WebControls.DetailsView control. This call occurs in the page life cycle after loading and change notification are complete, but before prerendering occurs. This method has been implemented to create a System.Web.UI.WebControls.CommandEventArgs object for the events that are raised.
