The PasswordRecovery.OnAnswerLookupError(EventArgs) method is called when the user's answer to the password recovery confirmation question does not match the answer stored in the Web site data store. The default implementation raises the PasswordRecovery.AnswerLookupError event.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Events and Delegates.

The PasswordRecovery.OnAnswerLookupError(EventArgs) method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
