The value should be provided as an integer and can be any of TtsSpan.MONTH_JANUARY, TtsSpan.MONTH_FEBRUARY, TtsSpan.MONTH_MARCH, TtsSpan.MONTH_APRIL, TtsSpan.MONTH_MAY, TtsSpan.MONTH_JUNE, TtsSpan.MONTH_JULY, TtsSpan.MONTH_AUGUST, TtsSpan.MONTH_SEPTEMBER, TtsSpan.MONTH_OCTOBER, TtsSpan.MONTH_NOVEMBER and TtsSpan.MONTH_DECEMBER. Can be used with TtsSpan.TypeDate.
