System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint.Dispose Method

Releases all resources used by the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint.

Syntax

public void Dispose ()

Remarks

Call MemoryFailPoint.Dispose when you are finished using the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint. The MemoryFailPoint.Dispose method leaves the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint in an unusable state. After calling System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint, you must release all references to the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint so the garbage collector can reclaim the memory that the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint was occupying. For more information, see Cleaning Up Unmanaged Resources and Implementing a Dispose Method.

Note:

Always call MemoryFailPoint.Dispose before you release your last reference to the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint. Otherwise, the resources it is using will not be freed until the garbage collector calls the System.Runtime.MemoryFailPoint object's Finalize method.
