An SpriteKit.SKNode that applies a Core Graphics CoreImage.CIFilter to its output.

Application developers should ensure that SKEffectNode.ShouldEnableEffects is true.

Note that SpriteKit.SKScene is a subclass of SpriteKit.SKEffectNode.
