Remarks

Returns the list of target transitionNames that this transition limits itself to tracking and animating. If the list is null or empty for Transition.TargetIds, Transition.Targets, Transition.TargetNames, and Transition.TargetTypes then this transition is not limited to specific views, and will handle changes to any views in the hierarchy of a scene change.
