Remarks
The PasswordRecovery.QuestionTitleText property contains the text to display as the title of the Question view, which asks the user to answer the password confirmation question.
The style settings in the PasswordRecovery.TitleTextStyle property define the appearance of the text in the PasswordRecovery.QuestionTitleText property.
When you use the PasswordRecovery.QuestionTemplate property to define the appearance of the Question view, the PasswordRecovery.QuestionTitleText property has no effect.
The default text for the property is localized based on the server's locale setting.
The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see System.ComponentModel.LocalizableAttribute and ASP.NET Globalization and Localization.
