System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripRenderer.DrawArrow Method

Draws an arrow on a System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem.

Syntax

public void DrawArrow (ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs e)

Parameters

e
A System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs that contains data to draw the arrow.

Remarks

The ToolStripRenderer.DrawArrow(ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs) method provides an entry point to the arrow rendering code. Use this method to draw an arrow when overriding the ToolStripItem.OnPaint(PaintEventArgs) method, or to force an arrow to be drawn in a custom System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripRenderer. To change the way an arrow is rendered, override the ToolStripRenderer.OnRenderArrow(ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs) method in a class derived from System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripRenderer.
