Remarks
The CreateUserWizard.InstructionText property contains instructions for users creating a new user account. This text is displayed in the System.Web.UI.WebControls.CreateUserWizard control, following the title.
If the CreateUserWizard.InstructionText property is set to an empty string (""), no instruction text is displayed to the user.
The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see System.ComponentModel.LocalizableAttribute and ASP.NET Globalization and Localization.
