omni_createpayload_cancelalltrades

Creates the payload to cancel all offers on the distributed token exchange with the given currency pair.

Arguments:

Name	Type	Presence	Description
`ecosystem`	number	required	the ecosystem of the offers to cancel (1 for main ecosystem, 2 for test ecosystem)

Result:

"payload"  // (string) the hex-encoded payload
