This topic contains the brief descriptions of the Windows PowerShellÂ® cmdlets that are for use in deploying Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS). Each cmdlet in the table is linked to additional information about that cmdlet.

Install-Adcs Certification Authority	Performs installation and configuration of the AD CS Certification Authority role service.
Install-Adcs Enrollment Policy Web Service	Performs the configuration of Certificate Enrollment Policy Web service.
Install-Adcs Enrollment Web Service	Performs the initial configuration of the Certificate Enrollment Web service.
Install-Adcs Network Device Enrollment Service	Installs the NDES role service.
Install-Adcs Online Responder	Installs the Online Responder service.
Install-Adcs Web Enrollment	Installs the Certification Authority Web Enrollment.
Uninstall-Adcs Certification Authority	Uninstalls the CA role service and removes the configuration information.
Uninstall-Adcs Enrollment Policy Web Service	Uninstalls the Certificate Enrollment Policy Web service.
Uninstall-Adcs Enrollment Web Service	Uninstalls the Certificate Enrollment Web service or individual instances of it.
Uninstall-Adcs Network Device Enrollment Service	Uninstalls the NDES role service.
Uninstall-Adcs Online Responder	Uninstalls the Online Responder service.
Uninstall-Adcs Web Enrollment	Uninstalls the CA Web Enrollment role service.
