Description
The Restore-DhcpServer cmdlet restores the database of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server service from the specified location.
Examples
Example 1: Restore a DHCP server service database
PS C:\> Restore-DhcpServer -ComputerName "dhcpserver.contoso.com" -Path "C:\Windows\system32\dhcp\backup"
This example restores the DHCP server service database from the specified location.

Optional Parameters
Runs the cmdlet as a background job.
Use this parameter to run commands that take a long time to complete.
