I'm not sure why the index for Bitstream's online store only shows the
font as being available in PostScript form; I have a hinted TrueType
version right here on my CorelDraw CD-ROM.

Indeed, once you click on the page to order the Charter font, it shows
that TrueType formats *are* available:
