semicondensed fork redux

Wow, by taking out all those empty glyphs the .ttf files went 
from half a meg to 48K or so.  As long as I was in there, I also 
made a semicondensed version of Vera Serif (renamed as "Toga 
Serif" of course.)

Could some people who had trouble with 0.10 try the 0.20 faces 
and see if they work better?  I'd like to hear from someone else 
before I post an update to freshmeat.
