DejaVu fonts 1.13 were released.

Added 15 new glyphs for Livonian and Venda languages. Fixed Microsoft
Windows-related bug where fonts had no name.

DejaVu fonts are Bitstream Vera fonts (http://www.bitstream.com/) with
additional characters.
