Another update to Arev (Vera compatable Greek/Cyrillic/Latin/Symbols glyphs)

Hi,

	I have again updated my "Arev" version of the Vera Sans Serif fonts.
Changes include:

	Added all Latin-A
	Added part of Latin-B.
	Added a few more symbols (complete HTML4?).
