Functional interface to the Concatenate layer.

Arguments:

• inputs: A list of input tensors (at least 2).
• axis: Concatenation axis.
• **kwargs: Standard layer keyword arguments.

Returns:

A tensor, the concatenation of the inputs alongside axis axis.
