Function Reference/wp dequeue style

Description

Remove a CSS file that was enqueued with wp_enqueue_style().

Usage

<?php wp_dequeue_style$handle ?>

Parameters

$handle
(string) (required) Name of the enqueued stylesheet.
Default: None

Return Values

(void) 
This function does not return a value.

Examples

Dequeue a style.

/**
 * Dequeue the jQuery UI styles.
 *
 * Hooked to the wp_print_styles action, with a late priority (100),
 * so that it is after the style was enqueued.
 */
function wp_67472455() {
   wp_dequeue_style( 'jquery-ui-core' );
}
add_action( 'wp_print_styles', 'wp_67472455', 100 );
