SplayTreeMap<K, V>.of constructor

SplayTreeMap<K, V>.of(Map<K, V> other, [ int compare(K key1, K key2), bool isValidKey(dynamic potentialKey) ])

Creates a SplayTreeMap that contains all key/value pairs of other.
