Remarks

The HTML.SetBaseTarget event utilizes this delegate:

Event data is passed via the Gtk.SetBaseTargetArgs parameter.

To attach a Gtk.SetBaseTargetHandler to an event, add the SetBaseTargetHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SetBaseTargetHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SetBaseTargetHandler is removed from the event.
