Remarks

The HTML.Redirect event utilizes this delegate:

Event data is passed via the Gtk.RedirectArgs parameter.

To attach a Gtk.RedirectHandler to an event, add the RedirectHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the RedirectHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the RedirectHandler is removed from the event.
