Mono.Unix.FileSpecialAttributes.SetGroupId Field
When the file is executed (either as a new process or via Mono.Unix.Native.Syscall.exec), set the effective group-id of the process (UnixEnvironment.EffectiveGroupId) to the owner group of the file (UnixFileSystemInfo.OwnerGroupId).
