Remarks

The Canvas.DrawBackground event utilizes this delegate:

Event data is passed via the Gnome.DrawBackgroundArgs parameter.

To attach a Gnome.DrawBackgroundHandler to an event, add the DrawBackgroundHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DrawBackgroundHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DrawBackgroundHandler is removed from the event.
