Remarks

The DisplayManager.DisplayOpened event utilizes this delegate:

Event data is passed via the Gdk.DisplayOpenedArgs parameter.

To attach a Gdk.DisplayOpenedHandler to an event, add the DisplayOpenedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DisplayOpenedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DisplayOpenedHandler is removed from the event.
