This flag is set in Service.OnStartCommand(Android.Content.Intent, Android.App.StartCommandFlags, Android.App.StartCommandFlags) if the Intent is a re-delivery of a previously delivered intent, because the service had previously returned StartCommandResult.RedeliverIntent but had been killed before calling Service.StopSelf(int) for that Intent.
