Event data is passed via the Gtk.FocusedArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.FocusedHandler to an event, add the FocusedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the FocusedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the FocusedHandler is removed from the event.
