Event data is passed via the Gtk.SelectCursorParentArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.SelectCursorParentHandler to an event, add the SelectCursorParentHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SelectCursorParentHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SelectCursorParentHandler is removed from the event.
