Event data is passed via the Gtk.DirectionChangedArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DirectionChangedHandler to an event, add the DirectionChangedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DirectionChangedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DirectionChangedHandler is removed from the event.
