Indicates whether the drawer can be opened/closed by a single tap on the handle. (If false, the user must drag or fling, or click using the trackball, to open/close the drawer.) Default is true.

Must be a boolean value, either "true" or "false".

This may also be a reference to a resource (in the form "@[package:]type:name") or theme attribute (in the form "?[package:][type:]name") containing a value of this type.
