Remarks

Since multiple MonoMac.AddressBook.ABMultiValueEntry<T>s within a MonoMac.AddressBook.ABMultiValue<T> can have the same ABMultiValueEntry<T>.Value and ABMultiValueEntry<T>.Label, use Identifier to differentiate between entries.
