Mono.Unix.FileSpecialAttributes.SetUserId Field
When the file is executed (either as a new process or via Mono.Unix.Native.Syscall.exec), set the effective user-id of the process (UnixEnvironment.EffectiveUserId) to the owner of the file (UnixFileSystemInfo.OwnerUserId).
