Remarks
The Login.CreateUserText property contains the text of a link to the registration page for the site. The URL of the registration page is specified in the Login.CreateUserUrl property.
If Login.CreateUserUrl is empty, the text in the Login.CreateUserText property is displayed to the user, but is not formatted as a link.
If the Login.CreateUserText property is empty, a link to the registration page is not available to the user.
The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see System.ComponentModel.LocalizableAttribute and ASP.NET Globalization and Localization.
