To attach a Gtk.SelectionRequestEventHandler to an event, add the SelectionRequestEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SelectionRequestEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SelectionRequestEventHandler is removed from the event.
