Event data is passed via the Gtk.EnterNotifyEventArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.EnterNotifyEventHandler to an event, add the EnterNotifyEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the EnterNotifyEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the EnterNotifyEventHandler is removed from the event.
