Notebook.MoveFocusOut
ScrolledWindow.MoveFocusOut

Event data is passed via the Gtk.MoveFocusOutArgs parameter.

To attach a Gtk.MoveFocusOutHandler to an event, add the MoveFocusOutHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the MoveFocusOutHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the MoveFocusOutHandler is removed from the event.
