Event data is passed via the Gtk.DragMotionArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DragMotionHandler to an event, add the DragMotionHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DragMotionHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DragMotionHandler is removed from the event.
